Dr. Gutin (from Sloan-Kettering) just called to
report that the radiologists say that Barbara
had a stroke that caused her speech problems.
It took up dye in the manner of a tumor but is
now on the mend. For confirmation of this
diagnosis we must await the next MRI on
June 28.
I never expected to feel relieved at hearing that B.
had a stroke. Now that is relativity in the popular
sense.
